DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Tickets return:
Once your ticket is purchased, we cannot refund the money, except in case of cancellation of the event. The inability to attend or the making of an error when purchasing the ticket(s) are no cause for its return. The user can not exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution, in accordance with current regulations on consumer matters.
The refund, in case of cancellation, may be made by the organization within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the public communication of the cancellation. If the suspension is made after more than half of the show has elapsed, there will be no refund.
The ticket price will not be refunded in case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace or other causes of force majeure not dependent on the organization.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organizer any of the advertised artists suspends their performance prior to the day of the concert, or the same day for justified reasons, the organizer reserves the right to change the artist(s) or not by another similar artist(s) if there is material time, not returning in any case the amount of the tickets if the show is performed with the rest of the artists.
The organization reserves the right to change or alter the program and order initially planned, as well as to modify the start time and the venue.
Shipments:

Records and merchandising returns:
We are very concerned that all our shipments arrive in perfect conditions, but sometimes things happen, sometimes we make mistakes. In that case, you just have to contact us at info@soncanciones.com and we will try to help you in everything we can.
